The document analyses La Mas\u00eda's Personal Development Programme and highlights the significant improvements observed in young athletes thanks to structured and rigorous emotional training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report recommends continuing to promote these skills so that young people can face sporting and personal challenges with maturity, autonomy and resilience, reinforcing essential values such as effort, respect and teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At La Granja Ability Training Centre, we are particularly proud to see projects of this international calibre placing emotional education at the forefront.
