The ASSISTANTS are former students of La Granja who wish to continue with us, but from an adult perspective, with certain responsibilities and obligations. The minimum age is 15 years old (or having completed 3rd year of Secondary School).

The GOAL of this role is to introduce young people to the adult world, work, obligations, responsibilities, and the sacrifices that come with it. The goal is to help them see life from a different point of view, where convenience and comfort are not the norm, and where high standards and quality work are part of daily life.

La Granja can only accommodate a certain number of ASSISTANTS, so all interested individuals must submit their application between January 8 and March 31.

This role involves no costs for the families, as La Granja will cover the cost of all meals. Transportation will be at the families' expense. To become an Assistant, parental authorization is required.
