Programa «Para Todos La 2» parlem d’Educació Emocional

We are thrilled to share that La Granja Ability Training Centre has appeared on the programme ‘Para Todos La 2’, which wanted to show up close how we educate emotions through experiential dynamics, symbolic spaces and transformative activities. The report allows us to see who we are, what we do and how we work together with the schools that visit us.

The welcome and the first emotional contact

In this episode, we accompany IES Padre Joan Batlle and their tutor Toñi Guillén, who arrive ready to begin an applied emotional learning experience. Our emotional educator Maria welcomes them and introduces them to the first activity of the day: The Universe of Emotions.
Here, students identify what emotion they are feeling and, through emotional gravitation, become aware of what emotion they want to move towards. This first space helps them to situate themselves and create a climate of trust in order to continue working.

Dr Bisquerra's contribution and regulatory work

The programme also incorporates the perspective of Dr Rafael Bisquerra, who recommends practices such as conscious breathing, meditation and mindfulness to begin any emotional education process. At La Granja, these exercises form part of our opening ritual, just before continuing with activities that require presence, listening and self-awareness, such as guiding and being guided, where participants experience how their inner calm or tension influences the way they relate to others.

emotional mirror

One of the most striking moments in the report is the Leadership with Horses exercise, an activity that students take part in during their stay and which Para Todos La 2 shows in detail. This experience reveals how they are emotionally, where they lead from, and what attitudes promote or hinder communication and trust.
Horses, as highly sensitive animals, respond only to consistency between what we feel and what we do, turning the activity into a powerful exercise in self-awareness and self-regulation.

Cohesion, trust and active listening in action

The report also covers dynamics such as Guiding and being guided, which enable group cohesion, effective communication and active listening to be worked on. While one student guides and the other is guided with their eyes closed, key aspects of the relationship emerge: the ability to trust, to give clear instructions, to perceive non-verbal cues and to uphold shared responsibility.
These activities complement the work begun in the Universe of Emotions and enable the implementation of behaviours related to respect, cooperation and conscious leadership.

An accurate portrayal of our method

‘Para Todos La 2’ shows exactly who we are: a project that combines scientific rigour, experiential learning and a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing. Through the Universe of Emotions, Emotional Gravitation, Leadership with Horses and cohesion dynamics, the programme reflects our approach to education: practical, transformative and person-centred
