We are particularly excited to share Telemadrid's program “Sabor a Madrid” (Taste of Madrid), which has dedicated one of its episodes to showcasing the work carried out at La Granja Ability Training Center – Madrid. It is an intimate, authentic journey full of values, where our cuisine, facilities, and approach to emotional education take center stage.
A start with a taste of home
The route continues to La Granja Madrid
On this journey through the flavors and people that build community, the program then heads to meet Ro Rothamel, our director, at La Granja Ability Training Center in Madrid. There, they will get the eggs needed to prepare the tortilla of the day, but they will also discover something even more valuable:
La Ro clearly explains why emotions are the basis of learning, how we support children in developing autonomy and well-being, and why a farm school can be a transformative space where they can grow in confidence and life skills.
A look at our facilities
The program also offers images of the spaces at La Granja Madrid: nature areas, experiential learning areas, environments prepared for group dynamics, outdoor activities, and sensory experiences designed for children to experiment, discover, and get to know themselves better.
Every corner is designed so that emotional education can be experienced in a practical, safe, and meaningful way.
We invite you to take a look
“Sabor a Madrid” has given us a faithful, intimate, and sensitive portrait of who we are and how we work. If you want to learn more about our approach to education, our facilities, and the heart behind each activity, don't miss the program.
