What activities will we do?

– Leadership with the horse
An experience of connection with the horse that invites us to stop, observe, and become aware of our emotions. The horse, with its sensitivity, helps us understand how we are feeling and how to regulate ourselves.

– To guide and to be guided
Una dinàmica vivencial per explorar la confiança, el lideratge i la comunicació. A través de l’experiència, prendrem consciència de com ens relacionem amb els altres i què necessitem per sentir-nos segurs.

– Team mission
A dynamic, experiential activity where cooperation is key. Through this challenge, we will practice communication, trust, and the ability to organize ourselves together to achieve a common goal, strengthening family bonds through action.

These activities are not just a one-off experience, but a way of understanding leisure: more conscious, more shared and more connected with emotional well-being, in line with what the Guay-fi program promotes.

And once the activity is over, if you'd like to extend your family day, we have spaces in the forest where you can enjoy the surroundings in peace and quiet.
