La Granja, Ability Training Center offers you an Outdoor Training where the objective is focused on the fact that the students understand what it means to work in a team to be able to hold the class together and train the skill of leadership.

Activities
Activities throughout the morning (from 10.00am to 2.15pm) with an Emotional Educator from La Granja. We adapt the dynamics to the students' future profession.
The activities that will be carried out will be:
- Leadership with the horse: we discover natural leadership. We will work on emotional autonomy.
- The Way of Life, where we work on emotional awareness.
- The Mission Circuit (circuit with different challenges to train teamwork). We will work on social skills (active listening and respect).

Stage d'intel·ligència emocional
We all know the importance of social skills when working in a company. Currently, these aspects are valued more than technical knowledge. Teamwork, leadership, personal entrepreneurship, creativity, positive communication or emotional self-control are basic resources that our students often do not have, or even do not understand. The aim of this Internship is to work on these aspects through practical activities.

Activities
Emotional awareness with the horse. Navigate as a team. The bridge of positive communication. The Mission The Route of Trust. Survival in the forest as a team. Cohesion circuit. The Forest of good vibrations. At night, group cohesion activities.
The activities take place from 10am to 1pm + 3.30pm to 7pm + 9pm to 10.30pm. We adapt the program to the students' future profession.
You will have an independent house for just your group. Minimum 20 places. One free teacher for every 12 students. You can come by train, the station is 300 meters away. Free emotional education training for accompanying teachers. The price includes accommodation, full board and all activities. You must bring a sleeping bag and towels.
