New excursion program, focused on training in tools for life as necessary as patience, listening, awareness of the nature of what I am feeling. All this to improve emotional skills to manage conflicts.

Day activities

1. Textures

Where are we as a team? The activity consists of a journey through different textures. In this way we will train emotional awareness, we will be able to put words and transfer those physical sensations to emotional ones. And in this way we will know what we feel individually, allowing us to know where we are as a team.

2. The labyrinth of stress and anxiety

Understanding the difference between stress and stressful situation and having anxiety or suffering an anxiety attack. The difference will allow us to manage anxiety in a sustainable and positive way: that is, to stop thinking about the past resolved in a non-adaptive and non-functional way, since it generates sadness, helplessness, frustration, anger, etc. and to stop thinking about the future that generates uncertainty and anxiety. To manage the day to day in an adaptive and functional way, it is necessary to keep the mind in the present.

3. Mission Possible/ The Wall

The wall or the possible mission are different adventure challenges that will allow students to discover the keys to teamwork, training the tools that help us to resolve conflicts such as positive communication, respect or empathy.

4. Team challenges

Through a multi-adventure circuit we will practice different team challenges. We will train skills such as organization, cooperation and conflict management.

5. Cabins

In this activity, in which they will have to build a cabin, we seek to raise awareness and train commitment and adaptability.
