Frustration is an emotion that appears when we do not get what we want, causing anger or abandonment. The objective of this course is to train patience and the necessary skills to increase tolerance in the face of life's challenges.

Day activities

1. The labyrinth of frustration

In this activity they will experience stressful situations that will allow them to be aware of their internal communication, which influences their self-esteem. In addition, they will train patience, a key tool to improve frustration tolerance in challenging situations.

2.The riddle

Through activities we will work on creativity to solve enigmas.

3. The horse puts us to the test. Can we achieve stillness?

We will work with the horse to achieve serenity and transmit it.

4. The bells of silence

In this activity we will work as a team to achieve a common goal.

5. Team challenges. What happens when I lose?

Through a multi-adventure circuit we will practice different team challenges. We will train skills such as organization, cooperation and conflict management.

6. The frustration circuit

Circuit to push patience to the limit, working on emotional regulation and frustration tolerance.

7. When animals say no

We will take a walk through the farm, visiting the animals that inhabit it and we will put into practice our empathy and patience.

Night activities

Aventura nocturna

Tour and games with flashlights at night.

Disco party

In this activity we take the opportunity to let go of burdens and to uninhibit ourselves. We will dance in the disco!

Program for 3 days/2 nights. We adapt the program to 2 days/1 night.
