La Granja has conducted a scientific study to evaluate the results of its Talent Development Training Program for its team, in collaboration with the GROP research group at the University of Barcelona, achieving excellent and significant results.
Els educadors i educadores de «La Granja» tenen una formació adequada segons les necessitats que tenim per a les activitats que desenvolupen (psicòlegs, mestres, biòlegs, educadors ambientals, etc.). Tots ells estan formats en el La Granja© Method, a practical method that develops emotional, social, and personal competencies in children, young people, and adults.

Social Commitment
Our strong social commitment dedicates 10% of the profits from corporate programs to children’s social projects through our foundation: «La Granja Fundació per a l’Educació».
