Frustration is an emotion that appears when we do not get what we want, causing anger or abandonment, but very managed, is the key to overcoming it. We will train the necessary skills to tolerate it, offering resources and strategies while we enjoy nature and our Companys.

Day activities

1. What is frustration?

In this program we work on the necessary skills to tolerate frustration. Sometimes we set goals that we do not achieve, or we have the belief that we will not achieve them, generating immediate frustration. Introduction to the concepts and we work on emotional awareness.

2. Forest bath

In this activity and through the connection of children through their five senses, we encourage contact with the natural environment, animals and the forest to calm and enhance both the emotional awareness of the present moment to stop thinking and simply... feel!

3. Mission Possible

Circuit with different challenges where teamwork will have to be put into practice. The boys and girls will experience success or failure in the face of a challenge, and will train patience and perseverance. We train skills such as emotional awareness and patience.

4. The horse puts us to the test

An individual or group challenge will test skills such as creativity, proactivity and patience.
