Day activities

1. The land of the five kingdoms

Introduction to the program where the objective will be to find the keys to enter the Great Kingdom. The program is conceived as a metaphor for the search for happiness, understood as the well-being to which we all aspire.

2. The Key to Self-Knowledge: Leadership with the Horse

What is Self-awarenessThis powerful activity, where we will also discover what a natural dressage horse is, will help us to understand what leadership is and to be aware of our own self-leadership, as well as to realize that we can all be leaders at some point.

3. The Key to Self-Knowledge: The Path of Life

What is Self-awarenessThe activity consists of a journey through different textures. How do we perceive the environment through touch?

4. The Key to Positive Communication: The Communication Bridge.

What is the Positive communication? We use this activity to provide an opportunity to intentionally train positive communication among classmates.

5. The Key to Self-Esteem: The climbing wall

What is self-esteem? El rocòdrom de la superació, per descobrir com ens enfrontem a les dificultats i millorem la nostra autoestima. Treballarem la consciència emocional i l’autonomia emocional (automotivació).

6. The Key to Cohesion: Mission Possible

What is the cohesion and teamworkThe Mission Circuit (circuit with different challenges to train teamwork). We will work on social skills (active listening and respect).

7. La Clau de la cohesió: Naveguem en equipo (Let's sail as a team)

What is the cohesion and teamwork? Només si som capaços de treballar en equip i organitzar-nos, la barca no s’enfonsarà. Prendrem consciència de com funcionem com a grup. Treballarem la comunicació i la resolució de conflictes.

8. The Key to Responsibility: The Road to Trust

What is the responsabilitat? The route of trust, circuit in the forest to guide and be guided where we train responsibility and trust. We will work on social competence.

9. We find the 5 keys

We have reached the end of this journey of exploration of the Five Realms! We have also realized how these five keys help us to get closer in the Kingdom of happiness.

The program can be adapted als days that choose to come from colonies.
